Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the BLACKHOLE website and, together with any quote, booking confirmation, work order, invoice, or other written terms provided to you, your purchase of services from BLACKHOLE Mobile Detailing.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase services. By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and any service-specific terms disclosed during booking.
Services and estimates
Website prices, calculators, ranges, and promotional examples may be estimates. Final pricing may depend on vehicle size, condition, contamination, location, requested add-ons, access, and other factors identified before or during service.
If the actual condition of a vehicle requires materially different work than originally requested, we will seek authorization before adding material charges unless the customer has already approved the applicable pricing rule.
Appointments and access
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate contact, vehicle, and location information;
- ensuring we can lawfully access the vehicle and service location at the scheduled time;
- removing valuables, money, sensitive documents, firearms, medications, and other personal items before service;
- identifying known defects, loose trim, damaged components, aftermarket modifications, delicate materials, or other conditions that may affect the work.
Pre-existing conditions
Detailing can reveal scratches, stains, fading, prior repairs, worn coatings, damaged trim, odors, corrosion, and other pre-existing conditions. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
The current Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these terms. Any cancellation fee, deposit rule, no-show charge, refund restriction, or weather rescheduling rule must be disclosed before it is enforced.
Payment
You agree to pay the amount authorized at booking or otherwise agreed before completion of the service. Taxes and legally required charges may be added where applicable.
Promotions
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum purchases, or non-combinability rules. Promotion terms shown with an offer control over general advertising.
Customer-provided content
If you provide photographs, reviews, messages, or other content, you retain your rights in that content. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to process the content for the purpose for which you supplied it, unless you separately agree to broader promotional use.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas in violation of law or technical controls, or use our intellectual property without authorization.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every website statement will remain current at all times.
Service warranties, if any, are limited to the written warranty or service commitment provided for the specific service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the website.
Any limitation relating to paid services is subject to applicable consumer-protection law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer law applies.
Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The version in effect when you book a service generally applies to that transaction unless a later change is required by law or separately agreed.
